Additionally, the role required me to work with students using a service we provide called circuit, this is part of the job that often required me to use problem-solving skills to resolve issues with database details as well as being able to remote into servers to carry out basic troubleshooting. Furthermore with the JLA owning circuit laundry I had to work with CMS systems such as umbraco to resolve issues that customers faced.

As a host, I interacted with customers prepping them for safety briefings, answering any queries that they had, and bringing them on and off-track ensuring they were having the best possible time. my role as a marshal required me to be very reactive and able to adapt myself to consistently differing situations as they developed on the track, this required communication skills, and teamwork so we could deal with anything quickly and effectively.
